The delivery services currently available to your address, their prices and estimated timings are shown at checkout before you pay. Estimates begin once an order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
When your parcel leaves us, we will send a dispatch confirmation to the email address used for the order. If tracking is available, the message will include a tracking link.
We aim to prepare orders promptly on UK working days. Orders placed during weekends, bank holidays or especially busy periods may begin processing on the next working day.
Carrier estimates are not guarantees. Severe weather, access issues and carrier disruption can occasionally add time. If an order is materially delayed, contact us with your order number so we can check the latest information.
Email hello@flavourcube.co.uk as soon as possible if an address is wrong or you need to cancel. We cannot promise a change once packing or dispatch has started.
For most online purchases, UK customers can tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days from telling us to send the items back. You do not need our approval to exercise this right.
To request a return:
You pay the direct cost of return postage for change-of-mind returns. We do not provide free return labels for these returns or charge a restocking fee. Pack items securely, include your order number and keep proof of postage; a tracked service is recommended.
Please return products unused and in their original packaging where possible, subject to your legal right to inspect them as you would in a shop. We may reduce a refund for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
Change-of-mind cancellation rights do not apply to goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery. These exceptions do not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.
If something arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, contact us promptly. Include the order number, a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item and outer packaging where relevant.
We cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Contact us first so we can arrange a suitable return method or explain how postage will be reimbursed. We will provide a refund, replacement or other remedy as required by law.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Photographs help us investigate but are not a condition of your statutory rights. Keep the product and packaging where safe while we confirm the next step; do not consume any product you believe is unsafe.
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the funds after we have processed them.
For a statutory change-of-mind cancellation, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If the goods have not been dispatched, we refund within 14 days of being told you are cancelling.
If you cancel the whole order under your statutory cancellation rights, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any extra paid for premium delivery is not refunded. Your change-of-mind return postage is at your expense.
