The rules of the snack aisle.

These terms apply when you browse this website or place an order with Flavour Cube. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a contract and that the details you provide are accurate.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your order is an offer to buy the items in your basket. An automated acknowledgement means we have received that offer; acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless we tell you otherwise.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information contains a material error, payment is not authorised, delivery cannot be completed, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded.

We aim to present products accurately, but packaging, recipes and manufacturer information can change. Images may not show exact scale and colours can vary by screen.

Ingredients, allergens and nutritional values shown on the site are based on information supplied by manufacturers. Values and recipes can vary between flavours, pack sizes and batches. Check that the information is for the exact product you are choosing, and whether nutritional values are per serving, per 100g or per 100ml. A serving may be smaller than a whole pack.

Always read the label delivered with the product before consuming it. Check ingredients, allergens, nutrition, directions and warnings, especially if you have an allergy, intolerance, medical condition, are pregnant, take medication or are buying for someone else. Website content is general information, not medical advice.

If ingredient or allergen information is missing, unclear or differs from the packaging, contact us before buying or consuming the product so we can check it. Do not assume a product is free from an allergen because it is not mentioned in a description or dietary filter. Follow any manufacturer warnings about traces or possible cross-contamination.

Follow the storage instructions, use-by or best-before date and any directions and age restrictions on the pack. Do not exceed a supplement's recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. These reminders do not limit our responsibility to supply accurate mandatory food information or your statutory consumer rights.

The total price, applicable taxes and delivery charge are shown before you confirm an order. We may change prices prospectively, but not the price of an order already accepted except where the law permits.

Promotions may have their own eligibility, dates, exclusions and usage limits. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be exchanged for cash or combined.

Delivery estimates and available services are shown at checkout. Please provide a complete address and a safe way for the carrier to complete delivery.

Cancellation, return and refund details are set out in our Shipping & Returns policy. Those details form part of these terms.

You pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. Contact us for the return address before posting. We cover reasonable return postage for goods that are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described.

You may use the site for lawful personal shopping. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable volume, or use its content in a way that infringes our or another person's rights.

Site content, branding, design and original materials are owned by or licensed to Flavour Cube. You may not reproduce them commercially without permission.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of rights that cannot legally be excluded.

If you are a consumer, we are not responsible for business losses or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when an order is placed will normally apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom, without removing any mandatory protections or court rights available to you where you live.
